Shipping policy

Our Shipping Policy will break down our shipping process from beginning to end. We currently only ship via USPS.

Processing Time

Order processing time is between 1-2 business days. This allows time for your payment to be approved and for us to prepare your products for the shipping process. We try our best to ensure products are in stock so processing times stay between 1-2 business days!

Shipping Process

Orders weighing 1 lb and up will automatically be shipped using USPS Priority mail. 

Overall, your order will be ready to ship within 3-5 business days from date of purchase. We will notify you via email when your order ships. In this email, you will also receive your tracking number to track location of your package. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once packages leave our possession we are not responsible for them. However, we will do our best to help locate your package. We will replace packages upon our discretion after opening an investigation with USPS to locate lost or stolen packages which could take 7-14 business days to resolve.

Please provide Name, Order Number, Date of Purchase and Tracking Number via our Contact Form for lost or stolen packages.
