Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are case by case. Please contact us via the Contact Form.

Exchanges 
Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept exchanges UNLESS there was an error on our behalf (i.e we sent you the wrong size, wrong product, fragrance, damage etc.). You MUST reach out to us via the Contact Form within 48 hours of receiving your order. If 48 hours have gone by since your delivery unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and proof of damage if that is your claim.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Refunds

Refunds are ONLY issued if there was an error on our behalf. Once the item you seek a refund for is returned, your refund will be issued back to original method of payment. You may also opt to receive a gift card for our store.


    Sale items 
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Return Shipping
    To return your product, follow the instructions given via email. 

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. For exchanges you WILL NOT be charged shipping costs to receive the new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
